Icons #112: 50 9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lone Star icons

Here are some icons I made for queermedia_ic (the first 10) and lgbtrainbow (the rest) during January and February. Icons with a * have been submitted for regular rounds and those with an (r) where part of the first special round to create a full rainbow.
