Maker folders if I have more than few icons in it are sorted by fandoms, within that I might add character folders for your Doctor Who section. ^_^

If I organized by character I'd forget who made it before I could type icon by blank. So alas I just go by maker folder...

That's a bummer because that's one that would have a lot of character choices. ^_^
